If it wasn't already clear, my name is Joe Zaghrini. I'm currently the Customer Engagement Analyst at GoExpedi, where I use my analytics, programming, and communication skills to answer key business questions and inform the startup's engineering roadmpa. I'm an alum of the MIT Sloan School of Management's Master of Business Analytics program and the University of Texas.
